Online Payments

Your payments to the Village   can be paid for an additional service  fee by electronic ACH check or Credit Card. New York State law mandates that the Village receives no portion  of the service fee.  This service fee is retained by the payment processor and is not refundable, if you decide to use this option.

Please note that payments via the website are final and are not reversible.  Please review and confirm your charges before approving.

 Tax Payments to the Village

Note :Tax Bills will be sent out the last week of May and the Website Payments can be made starting June 1, 2024

Payments received after July 1st*  are subject to a 5% interest plus  $2 penalty for July and 1% thereafter until paid. This is pursuant to Real Property Tax Law, and therefore the Village does not have any authority to waive penalties or interest that accrue on delinquent tax bills. 

*Note Payments are due on Monday July 1, 2024.  US Postmark on July 1, 2024 or earlier is required.  Please go into post office and have envelope stamped if  your are near the deadline date.   

On July 2nd , 2024, a 5% interest plus $2 penalty will be posted on all tax bills not paid .  Per Real Property Tax Law.  Village does not have authority to waive interest and penalties.

You can now pay your Building, Tree, Sign and Other Permits  ONLINE.  You are responsible to pay the additional Service Fee if you use this option. 

Note:  Please call or Email Villageclerk@oysterbaycove.net  if you want to payoff a prior year tax bill. 

Tickets and Court Fines cannot be paid online.
