December 9, 2022-Safety Reminders from the Village Police Department

With the holidays fast approaching the Oyster bay Cove Police Department would like to remind all residents to stay safe and take the following precautions to prevent any increase in crimes in our Village.

1.  Use your alarm systems.

2.  Leave lights on. Do not  leave your residence dark and unlit.

3.  Lock your vehicles in you driveway. Do not  leave valuables in your vehicles.

4.  Never leave key fobs or keys in your vehicles.

5.  If you’re going away on vacation please call our Police at 516-922-6363 and leave vacant information.

6.  Lastly, as always, if you see or observe any suspicious vehicles or activity,  call 911 immediately so our Police can respond.  Our Police have increased patrols in all neighborhoods in order to      keep everyone secure and safe.
