Submitting Applications to the Planning Board

Upon review and notification by the OBC Building Inspector, that your application must go to the Planning or Zoning Board, please file your application in accordance with the procedures below.

Submission must include

• Original + 11 copies of the entire application package collated and including all necessary documents
• All submissions MUST include a digital copy (PDF format) of the complete submission (e.g. appeal package, survey, site plan, construction plans, etc.) on either a flash drive or CD-ROM, clearly labled with the Applicant's name, address and Section, Block and Lot.
• Checks for the amounts indicated in the application made out to: Inc. Village of Oyster Bay Cove
• Site Plan Application Packet
