October 7, 2021-Additional Assistance to Residents Applying for FEMA Due to the Remnants Of Hurricane Ida

Starting this Saturday, October 9th, the Disaster Recovery Center for Nassau County will have the following operational hours.  Homeowners, renters and business owners can go to the DRC to apply for disaster assistance due to the Remnants of Hurricane Ida , check on the status of their application and connect to recovery resources.

Open Monday – Saturday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm each day

Closed Sundays

Households can also apply for disaster assistance and check on the status of their applications by going to www.disasterassistance.gov or by calling (800) 621-3362. 

Business owners can also apply for Disaster Loans and check the status of their applications by going to disasterloanassistance.sba.gov or by calling (800) 659-2955.
